Who is Tradechase for?

Does Tradechase send emails from my own address?
Yes. Tradechase connects securely to your Gmail or Outlook, so email follow-ups send from your own address and customers reply straight to you. Text chasers send from a business sender name and are one-way.
Will it chase customers without me knowing?
Review requests and annual service reminders send automatically on the schedule you set, and you can switch any of them off. Quote follow-ups and payment reminders always wait for your one-tap "Chase now" approval, because Tradechase cannot see if a customer has already accepted a quote or paid an invoice elsewhere.
